Our Supplier Framework

CERT have established a framework of approved suppliers of training, development and other supports to help deliver our programmes including Positive Moves.

Our first pool of suppliers have been established who are available to be contracted for courses and workshops from 1st Jan 24. Those announced are:

  • Apex Scotland
  • Central Training Services
  • Clacks Citizen Advice Bureau (CAB)
  • Forth Valley College
  • Fuzzie Barbers
  • Gary Bedingfield
  • HSC Futures
  • Routes to Work
  • SAMH
  • The Tree Line
  • The Wise Group
  • Viv Gee

The courses and other supports which we will be commissioning through the framework are wide ranging and include soft skills, basic skills, vocational skills and life skills.  Examples are provided in the framework guidance. These examples are not exhaustive and are intended to provide an indication of the types of courses that could be offered under this framework agreement. The selection of specific courses will be determined based on the needs and interests of CERT’s clients.

Courses are expected to run from ½ day to a full week or longer, depending on the content of the course.

All courses will be delivered face to face in Clackmannanshire unless there is a clear justification why they would be better delivered outwith Clacks or through an on line or blended format.

To be accepted onto the framework there are two elements – for your organisation to be an approved supplier overall and for individual courses and programmes to be accepted onto the approved course list.

You can apply to be an approved supplier at any time. For further information and how to apply to be a supplier click here.

The framework will be reviewed annually by CERT, but it is hoped that the framework will continue indefinitely.
